Questions & answers
Are the products really factory sealed?
Yes. Every unit arrives in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging with the factory seals intact. You're the first person to open it.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide from the EU: €15 within the EU (2–5 working days) and €25 to the rest of the world (5–10 working days), counted from when your payment arrives. Orders outside the EU may be charged import duties and local taxes on delivery.
How do I pay?
By SEPA bank transfer or by card. For a transfer, you get our IBAN and a payment code made for your order the moment you place it. For card, you pay on the secure payment page right after checkout. Either way your items are reserved while you pay, and we ship as soon as the payment arrives.
What warranty do I get?
Every product has the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from XPRUSH, plus the manufacturer's warranty on top.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, no reason needed. You can open the box to inspect what you bought.
